Basic cake decorating classes
Taking a cake decorating class couldn't be easier and more affordable.
ONLY $140 for a series of 7 one on one classes or $45 each if you rather pay as you go. We get you started with the basic techniques like: crumb coating, icing, piping borders, flowers, working with piping gel and rice paper, learn how to properly add delicious fillings to your cakes, basket weave piping technique and much more.
It is the "basic" series but don't get fooled by the name , you will also be carving the cakes to make three dimensional shapes and learning the way to cover your cakes in fondant in a flawless way without tearing or elephant skin.
Each class has a duration of approximately 2.5 hours.

Basic Fondant series
This series consist of 4 classes, learn how to color fondant and cover different shaped cakes with it, crimping, quilting, fondant bows, embossing, and stenciling among other techniques. Class fee $120 plus supplies.

Cookie decorating class
One time 2.5 hours class. $45 fee. Supplies not included.
Gumpaste flowers
During this basic gumpaste class you will learn how to make different flowers and fillers of your choice. Each class is 2.5 hours long. Class fee $65

If you have a Special occasion or celebration and know what cake you want but don't know how to do it, we can give you a helping hand.
